How Nature Makes Us Healthier And Happier. It Benefits Our Brains, Bodies, Feelings, Thought Processes And Social Interactions. And What Are The Four Most Important Things In Life?

The things I think are the most important in life for almost every human being alive are very basic . Yes, we’re all different, but just as we all need air and water there are certain other things we all need too.  The way I define “life” is pretty simple:   “Life is the ability and time we have to interact with, and experience the world”.  This life-view is based on the underlying assumption that:  “Living a great life means interacting with the world in a way that gives us meaning and positive emotions without causing harm.”  With that in mind; here’s my model of the four most important things in life:

Take care of your health.  “Health is life. Care for it as you would care for your newborn child.”  Poor health will both reduce the time you have in this world and your capability to live the life you want to live.  Therefore, if we want to live for a long time with a mind and body that can take us where we want, we must take care of our health.  I’m not saying life can’t be good if we’re sick, disabled or have other health challenges. I’m saying that people would like to feel capable of living the way they value and to live for a long time.

HABITS OF HEALTH

Health, consequently, is absolutely fundamental.  Unfortunately, most of us only realize the importance of health when it’s gone. That’s a great shame. The good thing is that we  are capable of influencing our health and it is a lot easier than most people think.   The key drivers of health are pretty simple and basic, everyone knows them and know what to do to become or stay healthy.

The five habits of health

  • eat right

  • sleep tight

  • stress less

  • exercise smart

  • think wisely

Instead of listening to your well-intending but poorly able doctor, it is often better to take charge of your own health and start living these five outlined habits.  If you live the five habits of health you’ll feel great and in most cases avoid disease.  However, there are other factors that affect your health too. I won’t address them in detail but it’s important that you’re aware of them, they are listed below;

  • Genetic factors
  • Situational factors (crime, extreme sports etc.)
  • The air and how you breathe
  • Sun exposure
  • Environmental toxins
  • Treatment quality
  • Radiation/electromagnetic risks
  • Other factors (for example pleasure)

There are three major aspects that have a huge beneficial impact on your life, health and wellbeing, and these are:
